Cookie policy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit. It lets the site remember certain information about your browsing, such as your cart contents or your sign-in session.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the site's operation and cannot be disabled. The "cart" cookie holds an anonymous cart identifier for 60 days. The "session" cookie manages your account session when you are signed in; it is absent if you have no account. The "prefs" cookie remembers your display preferences (light/dark theme, prices excl./incl. VAT). The "attribution" cookie records the source of your first visit so that any order can be attributed to the right campaign, for 30 days; it holds no personal identifier and falls under internal audience measurement exempt from consent under the CNIL.
Payment cookies (Stripe)
These cookies are set by Stripe, our secure payment provider, on the payment page only. The "__stripe_mid" cookie identifies the device for fraud detection and is kept for one year. The "__stripe_sid" cookie secures the ongoing payment session and expires after 30 minutes.
Cookies we do not use
rezo.fr uses no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Apart from the Stripe cookies set on the payment page only, no browsing data is shared with third parties.
Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or warn you when they are set, via the help pages of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. Disabling technical cookies may, however, break the cart and some site features.
