What's included in a pack?
Each pack groups compatible products at a bundled price: depending on the pack, computer, monitor, peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset), accessories (bag, dock) and sometimes networking gear. The component list and per-item warranty are shown on each pack page.Can an existing pack be modified?
Yes, on request. If you want to swap a component (screen size, SSD capacity, mouse model), contact us before ordering and we adjust the pack and send an aligned quote. For larger changes, we move to a custom quote.Do pack components share the same warranty?
Each component keeps the warranty of its manufacturer (for instance: 3 years on the computer, 2 years on the monitor, 1 year on peripherals). We handle the aftersales relay for each component in case of failure.Can I request a fully custom pack?
Yes, and it's common for fleet renewals or new-site openings. You give us the scope (seat count, use case, budget) and we assemble a coherent proposal with a global negotiated price.Is there a discount on packs vs. buying separately?
Usually yes: the pack discount reflects the conditions negotiated with manufacturers on a coherent assembly. Actual savings depend on the pack and the market, and are shown directly on the product page when applicable.Can I receive an itemised invoice per component?
Yes. The invoice details each component with its unit price excl. VAT for your accounting needs. Payment terms (card, transfer, Chorus Pro for public sector) remain identical to the rest of the catalogue.Are delivery and installation included?
Standard delivery in mainland France is free above 150 € excl. VAT. On-site installation isn't included by default but can be added (see options in our services) or mention it on your order.
