Shipping within 24 hours for in-stock items, 24 to 72 hours depending on availability. 2-year legal warranty on all products, complemented by manufacturer warranties. 14-day return policy. In case of failure, we handle the RMA procedure with the manufacturer and follow it through to replacement.
