Orders and quotes

  • How can I get a pro quote?

    Contact us via the contact form, selecting the "Bulk quote" subject, or write to us directly. An expert replies within 24 business hours with a detailed, no-commitment proposal.

  • Do I need an account to order?

    No, you can order without an account: pay as a guest and track your order from the confirmation email. Creating an account is still useful to find your past orders, manage invoices and unlock volume-based pricing.

  • How do I retrieve my invoice?

    All invoices are available from your customer area as soon as the order ships, as a PDF that complies with French regulations.

Shipping and returns

  • What are the delivery times?

    In-stock items ship within 24 business hours. Delivery within mainland France then takes 1 to 3 days depending on the carrier.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Standard shipping is free above €150 excl. VAT. Below that, a flat rate applies and is shown at checkout.

  • What is your return policy?

    You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective.

Payment and VAT

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer, and 30-day payment terms on approved business accounts. For public-sector buyers, we support Chorus Pro.

  • Are prices shown excl. or incl. VAT?

    Prices can be switched between excl. VAT and incl. VAT from the top bar. French VAT at 20% applies to orders delivered within mainland France.

Warranty and support

  • What warranty applies to products?

    All new products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity. It applies on top of the manufacturer warranty, whose duration varies by brand. Some pro references include an extension up to 5 years, stated on the product page.

  • How do I reach technical support?

    Our technical team is available Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm, by email or phone. First response is guaranteed within 24 business hours.
