Public procurement procedures mastered

For town halls, communities of municipalities and public bodies, we know the public procurement procedures and comply with them at every step.

Prior purchase order, paperless invoicing, payment after service rendered, framework agreements, adapted procedures. These processes structure the whole relationship from the quote onwards. For off-framework purchases, we answer quote requests within 24 business hours. For formalised consultations, we respond with the standard documents requested.

Chorus Pro and paperless invoicing

All invoices are submitted on Chorus Pro in the compliant format. The system generates invoices with SIRET, VAT and required mentions automatically.

On request, we add the legal commitment (engagement number, service code) directly on the invoice to ease processing on the public accountant's side.

Sovereignty and French hosting

French company based in La Rochelle, French team, site hosted in France, customer data processed in compliance with GDPR. On end-of-life hardware, certified data wiping NIST 800-88, with physical destruction on request.

Supply continuity

We rely on several supply channels rather than a single source. On orders committed under a framework agreement, this redundancy limits shortage risk for the duration of the agreement. For references reaching end-of-life, we propose equivalents compatible with the existing fleet.

Quote on purchase order

The quote is free, valid 30 days, delivered as PDF by email. It can be edited based on a purchase order received by mail or email. We adapt to your council's approval circuit.

Most-requested services

Workstation fit-out in town hall, Wi-Fi for community room or library, data backup, fleet renewal.

For grouped renewals, see also our turn-key packs, compatible with purchase orders and framework agreements.
