Dispatch within 24 to 72h, free delivery from 150 € excl. VAT in mainland France for parcels up to 10 kg. Here's how we ship your orders and what happens if you change your mind.
Dispatch and delivery times
Your orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72h depending on product availability. You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. Depending on availability, an order may ship in several parcels, each with its own tracking.
Delivery then usually takes 2 to 5 business days within mainland France. In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, it is carried out no later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery is free from 150 € excl. VAT of purchase, for parcels up to 10 kg. Below that threshold, or for heavier shipments, a flat rate is calculated automatically by weight and shown before you confirm your cart, no quote to request.
Flat rates excl. VAT by weight band (calculated at checkout):
- Up to 2 kg: 7.90 € excl. VAT
- 2 to 10 kg: 12.90 € excl. VAT
- 10 to 30 kg: 24.90 € excl. VAT
- Above that: from 39.90 € excl. VAT to 169.90 € excl. VAT for the heaviest shipments (pallet).
Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France, Corsica and the French overseas territories. For Corsica and the overseas territories, rates are calculated on request based on the destination and volume. For Europe or international shipping, contact us for a tailored transport quote.
Our carriers
We work with several carriers depending on the nature of your order: Colissimo for tracked standard shipments, Chronopost for 24h express deliveries, DHL Express for urgent or international shipments, and FedEx for heavy parcels or bulky equipment.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the order ships. You can track the parcel in real time on the carrier's site, or find all your shipments from your account area. If the order ships in several parcels, you receive tracking for each one.
Checking your parcel on delivery
Take the time to check the parcel's condition before signing the delivery note: your written reservations are your main protection if there's a problem.
If the packaging is slightly damaged (dented box, torn tape), accept the delivery but note precise, detailed reservations on the carrier's note, e.g. "box dented on the left side, contents to be checked". Generic mentions like "subject to unpacking" are not valid reservations and do not protect you.
If the parcel is severely damaged or visibly opened, refuse the delivery and contact us. If you discover damage after opening, contact us within 48h with photos of the parcel, the equipment and your order number: we'll arrange replacement or refund.
Absence on delivery
If you are absent when the carrier calls, they leave a delivery notice and hold the parcel at the local depot or a pickup point for a few days. Check the tracking link received by email for the location and collection times. If you run into difficulty, contact us with your order number to arrange a new delivery.
Returns and withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return costs are at your expense for a simple withdrawal.
A defective product or an error on our part is taken back free of charge (return costs on us), for replacement or refund. The refund is issued to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. To start the process, use our withdrawal form.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional purchases or to products assembled or personalised to order (PCs built to specification, configured servers, unsealed software). The legal warranties of conformity (2 years) and against hidden defects apply separately, independently of this period.
