    Several times a week, in sync with vendor releases and new references negotiated with our suppliers. A new arrival stays on this page while it's recent, then rolls into its standard catalogue category.
  • Are new arrivals immediately available?

    Yes for most of them, within 24 to 72 hours depending on our local stock and the central warehouse. A few freshly announced references may be on pre-order with an indicative shipping date shown on the product page.
  • Should I wait for the product to be tested before ordering?

    Usually not: most new arrivals are evolutions of existing lines (new CPU generation, refresh of a pro model), so the risk is low. For a multi-seat rollout or a structuring project, we can share field feedback or arrange a demo on request.
  • Do new arrivals carry the same warranty?

    Yes. The warranty is the manufacturer's, identical to the rest of our catalogue (usually 1 to 3 years depending on the line, up to 5 years on some pro gear). No restriction because the product is new.
  • Are new arrivals more expensive?

    Not systematically. New arrivals follow the manufacturer's current pricing grid, and we apply our usual pro discounts. If you're comparing a new generation to the older one still in stock, we can quote the difference for you.
  • How can I be notified without visiting the page?
